Rastislav leads technology initiatives where systems, data and operations meet. At Frost a.s. Prešov, he oversees IT strategy and digital transformation, including systems architecture, process automation, cybersecurity and data-driven reporting.
As founder of Ranketize and Crawlly AI, he builds products and solutions across technical SEO, AEO, GEO and AI visibility. He is pursuing a PhD in Industrial Logistics at the Technical University of Košice, researching practical applications of AI in enterprise logistics.
Michal founded Red-engage to help B2B brands earn visibility in AI-generated answers. Drawing on eight years of experience running Reddit communities, he combines technical GEO, citation-ready content and engagement across Reddit, YouTube and LinkedIn.
His work focuses on growth-stage SaaS, fintech and AI companies whose buyers research with tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. He connects technical foundations and community expertise with reporting tied to leads and business outcomes.
